The benefit of having a customer testimonial is that you can leverage that across so many different platforms. My name is Cynthia Fidel, Global CTI. The point of differentiation that Global CTI has, we call it our wraparound service. We are available three hundred and sixty-five days a year, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. I've worked with production companies all across the country, and, you know, it can be very costly to go on location, to bring a crew, to rig lighting, you know, and then of course all the post-production, right?
Putting this, the, the testimonial together after the fact. Not to mention the impact on the customer's time. Trying to minimize that impact to our customer and still get a quality video from them can be a challenge when you're working with a, with a company that physically has to go to that space. We really need to make sure that everything we put out there looks well-produced, looks like we are using the right technology, looks like we are investing in our company. We didn't have any hesitation to use TeraLeap. They clearly have a process that is easy to navigate as a customer, but also a process that our customers would find very comfortable going through.
So my favorite thing working with TeraLeap is I don't ha- really have to do anything. Once I find that customer, TeraLeap really picks up the process from there. They schedule with the customer. They interview the customer. We have found our customer testimonials to be incredibly valuable to us, both in our prospecting as well as telling our story on our website. I mean, we are really utilizing these across the board to boost our company brand and also speak to our point of differentiation, which is always our number one thing we try to get across to prospects.
