I need customer case studies to really understand how I should be talking to our customers. It really helps me as a marketer do my job better. Hi, I'm Jessie Bumgarner. I am the director of marketing at Cargo Chief. Cargo Chief is a freight tech software company in the logistics industry. Content has been the biggest struggle of mine being a one-woman marketer at Cargo Chief. I needed help obtaining videos. We are changing how people do their jobs, and hearing their stories really helps me as a marketer understand how to reach other brokerages, other 3PLs, to really help them do their jobs better and book more freight.
