When you hear a good testimonial from someone, when you have a customer come to you and say, "You have saved me X amount of time, you have improved this process." That for me shows that we're, we're, we have a quality product that adds value. My name's Sam Blount. I'm the head of sales and CS here at Vitalstage. Think what the, the biggest challenge in what we're trying to achieve is how we open the funnel up for more people to come into our platform. So we had gathered testimonials, but they were written testimonials, so you can take snippets, you put someone's face next to it.
it's great. It definitely helps. but I, I think hearing someone articulate the value they get from something through a video makes it more believable. It makes it more trustworthy. We had been talking about a video testimonial before and our marketing team getting involved to, to help create those. There's always that decision of, of are we the experts in it or is there someone else out there that could do it better? Around that time, a product that we were using, Vitally for our customer success team, they reached out to ask if I'd be willing to give a testimonial, and all of a sudden this, this process kicked off where I received a, a selfie ring, a, a microphone.
It all seemed very professional, very guided, and very clear as to how I was going to record this. it, it felt like there was not a lot of effort needed from my side to think about what I needed to do, what I wanted to say, how I recorded it. I'm sure we could probably do something similar with our customers. We have a lot of very happy customers, and so we decided to give it a go. This felt like a very smooth and easily accessible process. We have those video testimonials. We can now take snippets from them. We can cut them up. We can use them in any of our, our reels or anything we're starting to do on social as well.
There, there's a whole wealth of, of things you can do with it. The company sees it as a good ROI on what was invested and what we got. Just on that basis alone, I would happily recommend, TeraLeap, and then also the quality of the content we got out of it was, was fantastic.
