My name is Steve Eastlack. I'm a marketing manager at Surefire Local, and we provide local businesses with an all-in-one marketing platform so they can build their digital footprint. We all kind of know your customers are your best marketing. Any way you can show social proof of companies actually using our platform and finding success with it is far better than us just throwing, like, stats on the website landing page. And this has always been a dream of our team to create these testimonial videos.
Getting started is usually always the biggest barrier. It feels like you're already juggling a dozen different projects, all with tight deadlines. We were excited to work with TeraLeap, one, just 'cause we were strapped ourselves for internal resources on m- managing the whole process. TeraLeap has really been kind of that one-stop shop that handles all communication, all coordination, and just making it really easy for our customers to record these videos. Having these videos kind of gives us a leg up already 'cause it's high, high quality, very relevant kind of information that people can relate to.
TeraLeap does a great job of just managing the whole workflow back and forth and just making the customer feel comfortable talking on camera, which is very not easy to do. I can't think of anything that can make this process better. I absolutely recommend TeraLeap to anyone kind of looking for help in recording these videos. Very stress-free. It's simple. it's very effective.
