0:00Number one, I'm s- excited. Number two, I feel like a rockstar. And three, I mean, it was smooth. Working with TeraLeap has been an absolute joy and quite an easy process. I'm a very busy person, and they made it as simple as possible so it didn't require a lot of time on my end. Communication was excellent. There was a lot of flexibility in scheduling. Since this is the first time I've ever done this type of an interview, I didn't really know what to expect. But the TeraLeap team has made this very simple. Originally, when I was asked, I think I was the m- pinnacle of nervousness.

0:33But when I got that box of stuff, it made me, one, feel very prepared. Open it up, and I have this beautiful microphone kit and, and recording kit, which was really cool. For someone who's never gone through something like this before, I was so impressed with how well organized this whole process was. I was able to have somebody walk me through everything step by step, show me exactly what I needed to do. Very friendly, very open. A lot of description about what it's going to be like, what to expect. Kind of coach me through how to set up my background. And, you know, making sure that I look good as well.

1:04We just finished it, and I feel great about it. It was a great process, and I, fully appreciated and enjoyed doing this testimony. I didn't even know TeraLeap type of thing existed. but my mind's been completely blown. I just thought the whole process was pretty streamlined and pretty professional. Really, the start to finish process has been so ridiculously easy. I wish everything was done this way.
